Terms

Undermentioned sales- and delivery conditions are effective for all deliveries from NTC Nordic Trading Company ApS(after this NTC). The conditions are effective in cases where no other written arrangements between you as a customer and NTC are made. 

Drawings, documentation and instructions
All informations about weight, dimensions, capacity, price, technical and other data mentioned on the website, catalogues, prospectuses, circulars, advertisements, picture materials and priselists, are only binding on that extent that the agreement specifically refer to them. If there are product descriptions and directions for use to the article, these follow the delivery from NTC. If you wish for more information or advising from NTCs side it will be of a guiding kind. NTC promise that the articles meet the conditions of CE-marking. 

Time of delevery
Delevery of articles from NTC is considered to be done, when the customer has got the article hand over. The time of delevery is indicated by customers statment of order. Time of delevery appear from every single article, and will be confirmed by comfirmation of an order. 

The risk for the articles 
Risk for the article will first refer to the customer, in the moment he or she gets the article handed over.

Consignment
The consignment will happen for NTC in the most simpel way. The cost of consignment happens separately after the all time valid rules. If there is a wish for transport with aeroplane such as expressgoods or in another way, this has to be considered in the order. The cost of this service lie with the customer. NTCs risk of transport ends under all circumstances by the shipments delvery to article conveyer. Transport insurance will only be made on customers instruction and then on customers account. In case of transport damage the customer has to report the damage to the conveyer as soon as posible.

Defects and complaints
NTC gives 2 years guarantee from the article is handed over to the customer for manufacturings- and materialdefects. However on some products there are a  longer guarantee period. The guarantee repeal if the defect is caused by customers conditions fx as a result of wrong use or unauthorized repairation. Provided that the article or parts of this shows to be defect and NTC can be blamed for this, NTC is commited within reasonably time to rectify the defect or compensate for the delevered article with an article of satisfactory quality. Provided that NTC offers such a rectify or exchange the customer is not legitimated to cancel the buy or to demand compensation as a result of defect. NTC is not responsible for delay of any kind cost by defects and setting this rigth or exchange. Complaints concerning defects have to be reported to NTC written or by e-mail as soon as posible after receiving the article and latest 10days after the time, where the customer has or should have discovered the defect. Complaints over defects, which the customer should have discovered by usual examination of the article, should always be given within 14 days after the receiving or before the article is being used.

Responsibility
In the extent NTC is responsible to the customer, NTC's responsibility is limited to the direct loss and doesn't include damage on connected equipment and indirectly loss, such as lost work profit, operation loss, install costs ect. NTC doesn't take responsibility to customers legal circumstances to a third man. NTC is only responsible for damage caused by delevered articles in the extent that the damange is caused by neglect from NTC's side and not in further extent then mentioned above. NTC's responsibility for thing-damage can not surpass kr. 10.000, and NTC is liable for one year from the article is handed over to the customer for the damage, which the articles may cause. In the extent NTC will be claimed responsible to a third man, the customer is commited to idemnify NTC in the same extent as NTC's responsibility is limited referring to above.

Terms of payment
All deliveries happens for a payment with creditcard of the types Visacard, Mastercard, Maestro, JDC and Visaelectron, banktransfer or by COD. All the mentioned prices on the web-adress http://www.ledforever.com is unless other is arranged in writing,  ex factory and exclusive VAT and possible other public taxes plus exclusive transport- and shipping expenses, but inclusive usual packing.

Rigth to withdraw from a transaction 
NTC gives 14 days of rigth to withdraw from a transaction from the article is handed over, in force from the day you receive the article. It is your duty to return the article in mostly same condition and quantity as it was when receiving it. You have to defray the costs which is connected to the return of the article. 

Force majeure 
Every order is received subject to force majeure including war and mobilization, civil war, disturbance, natural disaster, strike and lock-out, failing supply of raw material, fire, damage of NTC's supplier production machinery, failing transport opportunities, import/export prohibition or suppliers opportunities to deliver. NTC has in case of force majeure the choice between canceling the trade or deliver the arrange article as soon as the hindrance for usual delevery is lapsed. NTC is in case of force majeure without responsibility for any loss by the customer as result of missing delevery.

Resale
No articles bought at NTC may be resold to foreign countries without permission in writing from NTC.

Venue 
Maritime- and commercial court in Copenhagen is arrange as venue for possible dispute between NTC and the customer, unless NTC wishes to bring the case to the customers venue. 

VAT

Denmark
Prices is exclude 25% VAT

EU - Countries
Selling to other EU member countries to business with VAT numbers,
no VAT will be collected. Otherwhise it will be.

Not EU-countries include Greenland and Færøerne
No VAT

Norwegen
Deliveries to privat persons with a value up tol NOK 200 no TAX and VAT will be collected. 
Deliveries in to Norwegen is VAT free
